My name is Faye, I completed my Citi and Guilds level 2 in Dog grooming in 2024 after deciding that I wanted to change my work/ life balance and work for myself. I've always had a dog in my life, Labradors, Jack Russel's, and we currently have Pippa the Puggle - Posing in the photo. She generally needs bathing after every off lead walk- she enjoys rolling in anything smelly! We also foster a Labrador from local charity Dogs for Good, she's a brood and has produced 18 puppies over 2 litters, they will be trained as assistance dogs. We attend monthly training sessions where we learn good manners, health checks and get to meet other fosterers. 

Pip pop dog grooming is a family affair, my teenagers get roped into assisting where appropriate, washing, drying and giving lots of fuss and reassurance. While my husband is chief handyman, fixer of anything that's not working and assists with promoting the business. 

I am fully insured with Protectivity, and have completed a canine first aid course with Animal Love ltd. 

I aim to continue learning and developing my grooming skills, techniques and canine knowledge. I have just completed an additional on-line course 'Diploma in Dog Grooming' with  the Centre of Excellence.
